When you use the CultStrong Fitness website or membership portal, we may collect your name, phone number, and membership details. This information is provided voluntarily when you fill our inquiry form or are registered as a gym member by our staff.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to manage your gym membership, contact you about your fitness journey, respond to inquiries, and send important updates about your membership status or the gym. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Member data is stored securely in an encrypted database hosted on Railway. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt encryption and are never stored or visible in plain text — not even to the gym owner or administrator.

4. Who Has Access

Only the CultStrong Fitness administrator (Sagar Randhawa) has access to member records through the secure admin portal. No third party has access to your personal data.

5. Cookies

This website uses a single secure HTTP-only authentication cookie to keep you logged in to the member portal. This cookie contains no personal information and cannot be read by browser scripts. No advertising or tracking cookies are used on this website.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Web3Forms to process inquiry form submissions and deliver them to our email. Your inquiry data (name, phone, message) is passed through their service. We use OpenRouter to power our AI chat assistant — your chat messages are processed by their API but not stored permanently. Please review their respective privacy policies for more information.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us directly at 099909 49477.

8. Data Retention

Member records are retained for as long as your membership is active or as required for gym management purposes. Inactive member records may be deleted at the discretion of the administrator.
